A Yoga Sports Coach™ creates programs to improve your sport perfromance and with specific focus on post-injury rehabilitation and injury prevention. All programs are fully integrated in your life and sport routine.
The plan is developed after a first virtual or face-to-face meeting where I record your objectives, injury history and other biomechanical data on your posture, strength, mobility and breathing capacity.
The Yoga Sports Science® Method
Don’t worry if you have never practiced yoga before: the techniques that I will include in your plan do not require any previous experience. I will guide you step by step, making sure that your practice is accurate to obtain the optimal results.
I will create a program based on your own specific objectives, totally integrated in your daily and training routine.
